My absolute favorite place to enjoy lunch. The bar tender Brenda is very friendly and responsive. You will not find better service or colder beer in Lake Charles. If you are looking for excellent food and service, this is the spot and Brenda is your girl.
Our server Maddy was amazing with her hospitality and kindness. We came in on a stormy day and she cheered us all up and was very efficient with our drinks.
Last visit must have been a bad night because there was no lack of service tonight. Got pics of the classic burger, my naked wings, and whats left of my girlfriends sweet n spicy burger. We walked in and were told about a 20 minute wait. I didn't keep record but I doubt it took that long. Food was brought out hot and tasted great. There were 3 servers that come by our table. All checking up on us. With what we ordered for our meal...no complaints. We ordered an order of nachos to go with plenty of notice. The server took the order back and about 10-15 minutes later, she come by and said that it wouldn't be much longer. 5 minutes later she come by and said thar our nacho order was put in AFTER a very large group that was near us got put in. After some tike later she come back again to tell us that it wouldn't be much longer. After all of that, I hadn't complained at all. Maybe I should have. I asked her if maybe I could get a desert for having to wait so long. She obliged and gave us a piece of cheesecake. Overall everything evened out. Canceling the order wasn't an option. It was for a friend and we love 25 miles away. Very casual joint. LSU/Alabama basketball game was playing in the bathroom but not 1 TV that I saw in the dining room. Do better.
Peanut Butter Bacon Burger, add the pepper jelly!! (Thanks Coco!) Only downside, the burger patty was dry and a bit thin... 2 for 1 happy hour and frosted mugs for the win!!
Maddy gave great service she made sure we had everything and checked on us periodically which was great. The food was great and filing. The drinks are amazing especially there deals of 2 for 1 drinks.
This is my favorite place to unwind after a long day of work. Brenda and Coco are the best bartenders I’ve ever met in my 20 years experience in the bar industry. Drinks are awesome. Service is second to none. Atmosphere is warm and inviting. Awesome people. Drop in. You won’t be disappointed. Ask for a “snapbacks and tattoos.” It’s dangerously amazing.
Fat Pats is recently under new management!! If you’ve tried them before and it wasn’t good, please try again!! The servers are so fun and friendly!! Today we had the pleasure of eating there while Skylar was serving us. It was me and three children. She was so sweet and attending and so patient with my children!! We love going to eat and play their video games. And who can beat a 5 KIDS MEAL?? Thank you Skylar for your upmost hospitality!!
Nice place. 1st time, and my burger was good. Good place to watch games on a fight. Plenty of tvs and clean. Would visit again. I had the burger with the egg, minus the bacon. Don't judge me...lol. check it out if you can.
